Peri Peri Paneer Bites

Smoky, spicy paneer bites with a crispy crust — perfect party finger food that disappears fast.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 300g paneer, cut into cubes
  2. 2 tsp Apical Peri Peri Masala
  3. 3 tbsp thick yogurt
  4. 1 tbsp cornflour
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. Mint chutney to serve

METHOD

  1. Whisk together yogurt, Apical Peri Peri Masala, cornflour, lemon juice, and oil.
  2. Toss paneer cubes in the marinade until fully coated. Rest 10 min.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (or oven grill). Line with foil.
  4. Cook paneer for 10–12 min, flipping halfway, until edges are slightly charred.
  5. Skewer with toothpicks and serve with mint chutney and sliced onion rings.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a dusting of extra Peri Peri for heat lovers.
