Peri Peri Paneer Bites
Smoky, spicy paneer bites with a crispy crust ā perfect party finger food that disappears fast.

INGREDIENTS
- 300g paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 tsp Apical Peri Peri Masala

3 tbsp thick yogurt

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil

Mint chutney to serve
METHOD
- Whisk together yogurt, Apical Peri Peri Masala, cornflour, lemon juice, and oil.
- Toss paneer cubes in the marinade until fully coated. Rest 10 min.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (or oven grill). Line with foil.
- Cook paneer for 10ā12 min, flipping halfway, until edges are slightly charred.
- Skewer with toothpicks and serve with mint chutney and sliced onion rings.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a dusting of extra Peri Peri for heat lovers.
