Oregano Cheese Pull-Apart Bread

Oregano Cheese Pull-Apart Bread

Gooey, herb-scented pull-apart bread straight from the oven — made for sharing at gatherings.

  1. Prep - 10 mins
  2. Cook - 20 mins
  3. Serves - 4-6

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 round sourdough or crusty loaf
  2.  2 tsp Apical Oregano
  3.  100g butter, melted
  4. 150g mozzarella, torn
  5. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  6.  Chilli flakes (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Score the loaf in a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
  2.  Mix melted butter, garlic, and Apical Oregano together.
  3. Drizzle and push the butter mixture generously into every cut of the bread.
  4.  Stuff mozzarella pieces into the cuts throughout the loaf.
  5.  Wrap loosely in foil and bake 15 min. Unwrap and bake 5 more min to brown the top
  6. Serve straight from the oven — pull and dip into warm marinara.
