Oregano Cheese Pull-Apart Bread
Gooey, herb-scented pull-apart bread straight from the oven — made for sharing at gatherings.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 round sourdough or crusty loaf
- 2 tsp Apical Oregano
- 100g butter, melted
- 150g mozzarella, torn
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Chilli flakes (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Score the loaf in a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Apical Oregano together.
- Drizzle and push the butter mixture generously into every cut of the bread.
- Stuff mozzarella pieces into the cuts throughout the loaf.
- Wrap loosely in foil and bake 15 min. Unwrap and bake 5 more min to brown the top
- Serve straight from the oven — pull and dip into warm marinara.
