Onion & Herb Quesadillas
Quick, melty quesadillas with savory onion depth — a 15-minute weeknight lifesaver.

INGREDIENTS

4 flour tortillas
- 1½ tsp Apical Onion Powder

150g cheddar or pepper jack, grated

1/2 cup corn kernels

1/2 cup black beans, drained

1 tsp oil

Sour cream + hot sauce to serve
METHOD
- Mix cheese, corn, black beans, and Apical Onion Powder in a bowl.
- Heat a dry pan on medium. Place one tortilla flat in the pan.
- Spread the filling over half the tortilla and fold it closed.
- Cook 3–4 min until golden and crispy underneath, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, and a dash of hot sauce.
