Ginger Honey Glazed Paneer

Restaurant-worthy sticky paneer cubes with a warm ginger glaze — done in 20 minutes flat.

INGREDIENTS

  1.  250g paneer, cubed
  2.  1½ tsp Apical Ginger Powder
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 1 tsp sesame oil
  6.  1 tbsp oil for pan
  7. Sesame seeds + spring onion to finish

METHOD

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Apical Ginger Powder into a smooth glaze. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high. Add paneer cubes in a single layer.
  3. Pan-fry for 2–3 min per side until golden and lightly crispy on all faces.
  4. Pour the glaze over the paneer and toss to coat. Cook 1–2 min until glaze thickens.
  5. Transfer to a plate. Top with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.
  6. Serve immediately as a starter or over steamed rice.
