Ginger Honey Glazed Paneer
Restaurant-worthy sticky paneer cubes with a warm ginger glaze — done in 20 minutes flat.

INGREDIENTS
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1½ tsp Apical Ginger Powder

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil for pan

Sesame seeds + spring onion to finish
METHOD
- Mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Apical Ginger Powder into a smooth glaze. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high. Add paneer cubes in a single layer.
- Pan-fry for 2–3 min per side until golden and lightly crispy on all faces.
- Pour the glaze over the paneer and toss to coat. Cook 1–2 min until glaze thickens.
- Transfer to a plate. Top with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.
- Serve immediately as a starter or over steamed rice.
