Crispy Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Golden, crunchy smashed potatoes with a punchy garlic kick — the ultimate crowd-pleasing party snack.

INGREDIENTS
- 500g baby potatoes
- 1½ tsp Apical Garlic Powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan (or nutritional yeast)
- Fresh parsley to garnish
METHOD
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 18–20 min until fork-tender. Drain and let steam dry.
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Place potatoes on the tray and smash each one flat with the bottom of a glass.
- Mix olive oil, Apical Garlic Powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle generously over potatoes.
- Roast for 20–25 min until edges are deeply golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle parmesan, return to oven for 3 min, then top with fresh parsley and serve hot.
